Senator Coghill, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent Uniform                                                               
Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 134 "An Act relating to the                                                                
appointment of guardians ad litem; relating to petitions and                                                                    
proceedings for termination of parental rights; and amending Rules 1                                                            
and 6, Alaska Adoption Rules" for the Judiciary Committee meetings                                                              
on April 11 and April 13. Without objection, it was so ordered.
